Sheriff's Dept. Investigator, Paula May. It's the story of former Salisbury, NC police officer, L.C. Underwood. Joining the discussion will be PH members Don Gale and John Butts, who feature prominently in the investigation and capture as well as Kay Weden, whose mother and boyfriend were victims of this monster.
